Timescale for phone arrival

Hi I ordered my upgrade phone on 06/11/21 . It’s the iPhone 11 . When can expect to receive it , normally when I’ve up graded I would have got my new phone by now . 
can I ask what the delay is ?

I ordered mine 11/10 and still not received. My colleague spoke to EE this week about upgrading his phone and they said iphone 11's likely wont be in stock until end of November/early December ><
