Thinking of switching to sim only plan

I’m a PAYG customer with EE and am thinking of switching to a monthly sim only plan so I can connect my smart watch to my account, and I was wondering - 1)  If I switch do I get a new SIM card or can I still use the SIM card I already have? (Intend to keep my current phone & number) 2) On the form it asks for the date you joined your bank - what if you don’t know, can you skip this question (I know it’s meant to be mandatory) or is there something you can put in just to get past it if you don’t know?

  1. Your existing SIM is converted to contract. It's just the plan on it that changes.
  2. Take a reasonable guess. Who remembers these things?
