switch oled add to plan

I placed an order for a switch oled, it didn’t say it if was in stock or not it just let me order it, and then when it went back on it said it was out of stock but the order has gone through cause i have an order confirmation and the upfront has been taken, but it’s been over a week and i haven’t had any updates yet, has anyone else received theirs if you have ordered one recently?

Hi, Ive just ordered mine today 15/11/21 and my order tracking isn't working, have you received yours yet ? Hopefully EE isn't mugging us off ? I would like a response from EE whether the item is in stock or not if not I'd like a refund and cancel the plan!

no i still haven’t received it yet, i ended up contacting them directly and was told that they didn’t have any stock, however yesterday i recieved a notification that the add to plan charge was added to my account so i’m hoping that means they have some in stock now and will be sending it in the next few days
