I am using a £10 PACK and I had a £10 credit to renew next month. The system took a 10£ credit from me and allegedly renewed my package.
I have a message that I can use the contents of the package for the next 30 days but in the current state on "My EE" after updating the package only what I have left at the end of last month is shown in the new month.
Where is the content of what is implied for the £ 10 PACK and what is charged? This really isn’t fair and it’s rude!
