Switching from pay as you go

Hello,

 

I’ve been an EE customer for many years and wanted to switch from SIM only to a contract phone, when I tried to receive the discount code by texting SWITCH to 150 it told me I wasn’t eligible which was confusing as I thought after being a customer for so long and always paying my direct debit on time for topping up every month that I would be eligible for a discount?

@Maddie16  It’s not for anyone here to say why your not eligible you have to speak with customer services about that.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'd recommend following @Chris_B's advice and speak to our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to look into this and find out what's happening.
