When upgrading our phones a couple of weeks ago, we were persuaded to switch our broadband provider from EE to BT for a better deal. When we mentioned to the assistant that we had heard negative things about BT customer support, she said that BT were moving their customer support back to the UK and in any event, we could still get broadband support through EE. Is this possible?

No, you are no longer a cust of EE for BB. However you may still put queries to this EE Community, altho' BT has a Community that is far more BB-aware.
