New customer to broadband

Hi does anybody know approximately what time a new broadband customer goes live as I have a university student trying to work online without internet.  I did mention this when I changed and was told it would be fine but currently it’s not.  Thank you for any help

Is today your go live date for the broadband? 

If so, this can take up to midnight.
