I only upgraded 2 days ago to a Google pixel 6 in store, I can't get used to the phone and want to swap to a Samsung even if I have to change my contract. Can this be done in store?

Hi @00scottv
Welcome to the EE Community,
unfortunately for any contract taken out in store there isn't any returns policy.
Thanks,
David.

@00scottv if you got a smart plan you can upgrade from the 14th day of your contract but it will be subject to a fee of £200.

@harlan It’ll cost you.
You’ll also have to have a more expensive tariff than you have now.
