I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G on Saturday (4/12) over the phone, It was scheduled to be delivered Monday (6/12) but I didn't here anything from DPD.
I have attempted to track the order online but the confirmation I received only contains my account number not an ordered number. I have tried ringing 150 but I am just left on hold.
Is there still issues with S21 deliveries as I was told the phone was in stock ready for dispatch

Most of them seem to be in stock at the moment. Which colour and memory size did you choose?
