I ordered a switch OLED on add to plan over a week ago and i received my order confirmation and paid my upfront but when i try and track the order it says there was an error?

@bravebird100 Are you tracking with an order number or a tracking number? An order number starts with a XKO or XKN you can not track with a order number

yeah it does start with XKO. does that mean i just have to wait until something happens?

@bravebird100 The last time I ordered from the add to plan shop I didn’t get a tracking number the item just turned up.
