I ordered an add on last week, the nintendo switch oled, i immediately received an xko order number by email and the £10 up front payment was taken within 10 minutes. I havent heard anything else since. Has this order been accepted by EE and also is there any idea when it will be received? it said 7 days last week.
@Nickym01 your order has been accepted as payment has been taken and you have an order number, you might want to call customer services to enquire when you’ll receive it if it’s gone over seven days.
