I made an order on Sunday for a Samsung A21s as an upgrade. The confirmation e-mail came that night. I've heard nothing since. The order number is xko280227055. It has not worked on the order tracker.

If the order tracker isn't working then you will need to call EE CS on 150 for an update.

As soon as we have an update on your order you will receive another email with an update, you will also get a text from DPD the day before your delivery.
