I have entered my PAC code correctly but got text saying it is incorrect

I have entered the PAC code from my previous provider three in transfer number correctly, but everytime I do this, it tells me the code is incorrect

@iluvsnowlc  Call customer services and give them the code.  Just to point out your number will not be ported across now until Tuesday.
