I've just tried to create an account to top up my nan's phone online at anytime, I've created a Gmail and registered her details for the account however it wont accept her mobile number even though she received the code and we entered it correctly...
is it possible to move the number to a new account, as she has no recollection of doing this in the past?

@Grand-daughter4 you can use THIS to top the device.
As for the account you might want to call customer services to sort out the account issue.
