Hello all, can anyone help me. I have placed an order upgrade for the Samsung s21 ultra.  Told there was a delay unsure hiw long for?

The current delivery guidance for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra model that you private messaged me about is to expect delivery within 21 days.

Hi, 

 

Could you confirm if it said 7 days for delivery for the s21 ultra 256 when ordered that it would still be 7 days from order date or has that been moved to 21? And am I now looking at a further 21 days (so 28 in total) had absolutely no update other than the lack of arrival which isn't great.
