Stac code from another network

Hi

 

I have decided to join EE and leave my previous network, however I'm not planning on keeping my old number. 

The previous network provider have given me a Stac code and advised I should give this to my new provider, so as to cancel my old number and rolling contract.

Can you do this online or will I need to give this code over the phone?

Welcome to EE and our community. 🙂

 

You'd need to give your STAC code to the Mobile Care team. That'll cancel your plan with your previous provider.
