Hi we have a solid red light on our hub how can we tell if it is the problem with the hub or with the network?

@xrblue turn the Rueter off for 30+ seconds and then try restarting it.

Mine has been intermittent all day yesterday and today. Just now it's gone off completely and have a solid red light. Reset the power and nothing. Still red. Any help appreciated

Red light changed back to blue after an hour, network problem I guess.
