5GEE Router Indicator Lights Not Working

Just received my 5GEE router, but it did nothing but flash the power button at me. 

I have repeatedly powercycled it by holding in the power button for 10 seconds.

When I did that, all 4 lights come on briefly then it went back to just flashing the power light with no Wifi available.

I just tried it one more time while on a VERY long hold for EE. This time ALL the lights went off - but Wifi works!

I am getting very good bandwidth up and down... but the indicator lights suggest it is completely off!

Anyone have an explanation for this bizarre behaviour?

Hi @trevennelrich ,

 

Did you leave a reasonable amount of time for the device to power up and stabilize?

 

It may be worth checking the management page of the router to see if anything relevant is seen. Regardless of that check, it sounds a lot like the device is faulty and if a few further tries show exactly the same symptoms, I feel it would be worth requesting a replacement from the service provider.
