Smart WiFi won't connect

I seem to be having a problem with one of my Smart Wifi discs.

It will connect the the router OK using the Ethernet cable, but when I disconnect the Ethernet and leave it to connect via wifi it simply refuses to connect, and I get the blue flashing light continually. I have left it for several hours like this and it hasn’t connected.

I have tried resetting the device using the factory reset pinhole, twice. And I have followed the instructions very carefully many many times.

I have two other discs which work perfectly. Any idea what's going on?

Just to close this, and for anyone else with the same issue, after leaving this disc connected for 24 hours, it eventually connected.

I have no idea why it took so long to connect though.

Hi @AJP4

I use my home broadband for everything so totally get that this needs sorting as soon as possible.

I recommend having a chat with our home broadband team so they can look into this with you, and find out what's going on.

Thanks
