I moved house a few weeks ago and have been struggling with poor 4g speeds since day 1. I've reported the issue several times through the service status thing but each team just get a text a day or so later saying no fault found.
I got an S21 ultra on Friday and have the issue is still there so defintely not an issue with my handset. I've tried calling tech support but just get a message saying they're busy. Can this be rasied formally here?
The download speed never goes above 4mbs but usually 2-3mbs, upload never goes above 0.5mbs.

Unfortunately, this public internet forum is not a formal support route nor does anyone on here have access to individual customer accounts.
You are quite correct to have used the service status site in the first instance, and if your issues have gone unresolved, are best to now call 150 and speak to the appropriate second-line agent.

These are the sorts of speeds I get and make it mostly unusable for calls. Have you got wifi calling which will help at least with calls.

Yes I have that enabled thankfully as without it calls were pretty much impossible.
