Simcard issues

I rang EE Thurs afternoon to request activating my daughters replacement sim card, I have both my daughters on my EE account, was told daughters sim card will be activated within 24 hours, but at 23.00 Thurs evening my mobile stopped working and I can only use emergency calls only, have they deactivated my simcard by mistake, other daughter and my husband are both on EE and have no issues with their mobiles, any help or advice would be much appreciated.

If you call your mobile number does your daughters phone with the replacement SIM card ring?

 

Has your daughter been getting your calls and texts?

Hi Leanne,

I had no signal, neither did daughter with new sim, I rang EE, apparently instead of just activating my daughters sim card, the agent linked the sim card to my number instead of daughters number, I had to put new sim in my phone, which then worked great, they reordered my daughter a new sim card, that's arrived today so as soon as she comes home she can pop it in her phone, they activated it already so hopefully everything will be ok, thanks for your help x
