How can I get a new SIM when I have damaged mine without changing my plan?

Thank you for the tip. Actually,  I've realized my old SIM was not damaged but not properly set into the phone, but still impossible to activate my new Sim Card 😞  I'll try again via the website later.

You cannot use the Replacement SIM form for damaged or lost SIMs. You need to phone CS for a replacement SIM.
