Plan pricing

I do not understand why your sim only plan is £20 for 100gb at moment whereas a data sim only plan only offers 50gb at double that price, or half the data for twice the price. I do not have a use for the calls and texts offered on the sim only so why can't I get that deal on a data only sim?

There's no reason stopping you using a phone SIM with more or even unlimited data in your mobile router & not using the calls part.

Good Afternoon @dapl1

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you currently have a data SIM to use in a 4G/5G router?

Are you currently in a contract?

Katie.

Yes I do have an unlocked 4g router, I have a data sim on a 30 day ' leave now' deal. In the last few days the Internet has either been down or very very slow and the reasons given are not addressing the issue. I have had ee before so that's why I am exploring again

Do I get a 'grace' period for a contractual sim only to make sure the thing is OK signal wise?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
