Resolved! Cancel an order.

I inadvertently ordered an additional line sim when all I wanted to do was upgrade my current contract to a sim only deal. I’m deaf so can’t call 150. How can I cancel the order or change it to an upgrade on my current line.

Pac wrong

Hi...i was given a PAC number and after spending hours over the phone, the new provider told me the PAC night be wrong as they couldn’t port the number. It’s says the number or the PAC have been already used...please help...i need to solve this asap

I do not understand why your sim only plan is £20 for 100gb at moment whereas a data sim only plan only offers 50gb at double that price, or half the data for twice the price. I do not have a use for the calls and texts offered on the sim only so why...
