I made a SIM pay monthly order on the 9/11/20 and it still has not arrived yet.
Please assist as I have now be charged.

I have attempted to call 0800 079 8586 but since I am coming from another provider it is not registering my phone number so I am unable to talk to a human or even get past the initial options.
