Hello All,

 

I made a SIM pay monthly order on the 9/11/20 and it still has not arrived yet. 

 

Please assist as I have now be charged.

I placed a sim order to which I have not gotten at all yet, you also have now charged my account for the sim which I have not received. Please can you help

My Order was placed on the 9th of this month and I was charged £20.

Hello, 

I have attempted to call 0800 079 8586 but since I am coming from another provider it is not registering my phone number so I am unable to talk to a human or even get past the initial options.
