Not sure where else to put this but really wanted to make sure it gets back to the right person.
Yesterday and today I had the wonderful experience of talking to David x xxxxxxx about my phone upgrade, Tv and Broadband package! He was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and delightful to talk to. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I'm extremely impressed with how personable and nice he was.
