Sim not activating

Hi. I just got a new contract with ee getting a new phone and a new sim but when i put the sim in my phone looks like is not activated. I got in touch with ee customer service and after 30 mins of waiting they only said is going to happen between 24-48 hours. Well time passed and nothing happened. I cant use my new sim yet. 
And now i can see customer service is unavailable when i call to 150. Not to be rude but how can you get the customers services lines off..

Anyway, my sim not working and I really need it to as i need it for work.

Well. Calling to 150 from friday and every time is sayin that the service is currently unavailable.

Yes. I am in the uk. I managed to get in touch to online chat and they said thr problem is going to be sorted yesterday but still didnt happend. And now online chat not working and still not working when i try to call to 150 as it says is curently unavailable. For someone who pays around 150-200 every month from the last 3 years i would expect a bit more support.

Are you trying to call 150 from the SIM that hasn't been activated yet?

No. Im trying to call for my old sim that’s functioning. It’s Wednesday and my sim is still not sorted
