Good Evening,
This evening I made a call to EE regarding the delivery of an add to plan accessory. I was put through to a gentleman that worked in Ireland but unfortunately did not catch his name and wasn't text the link to the ee customer service survey at the end of the call.
I just wanted to comment on his excellent customer service, wonderful telephone manner and my appreciation for how he treated my query. He went above and beyond to find a solution and answer my query and honestly was just a delight to speak to especially at 8pm at night! I was so grateful that he received my call especially after my experience of a rude member of staff the day before.
I felt it important to pass on to EE as his manner was exemplary and I would love if this could get back to him so he is able to be recognised for such brilliant service, obviously with my extended thanks!
I know he left a note on my account so I am hopeful this helps track him down.
