Sim has not been delivered

Hello, I had an email Saturday saying that my sim order was on its way to me. It also said that it would be with me within 3 working days. It’s now Wednesday and it’s still not here. I have had no more emails since Saturday. Could someone give me an update on what’s happening with it?

Are your address details all up to date in your My EE account?

 

The SIM cards are sent through the post and usually arrive within 4 working days when there are no local delays. Let us know if it arrives tomorrow. I would hate for you to order another one, just for the SIM card to be delivered shortly after.
