Hi, 

 

I have just upgraded my Sim only contract. Will I receive a new sim or does it stay on the same SIM card?

@StefanieAlice93  You can keep using the same sim as it’s only an account change. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
