Hello!
I am (like many others) working from home, and a lot of my work requires a lot of bandwidth. However I have children in the house who like using the internet on multiple devices at once, which slows our internet to a crawl.
Is there a way to set up bandwidth priority on our wifi so I get the bulk of the speed?
Thanks in advance,
Nathaniel

Depends on which router you have. You haven't stated which!

@Landon : There is no QoS or Bandwidth Control on EE's latest Smart routers. There was on the old Brightboxes.

Turns out the router I have prioritises the first device that has a heavy bandwidth usage. I queued a download on my xbox and restarted the router it instantly had a faster speed than before and it stopped lagging. Hopes this helps anyone else who had a similar situation it worked for me.

@Landon It does not really help anyone else on the network though, all you have done is kicked them off, or stopped other devices sending/receiving traffic.
