My Broadband/Telephone ends this month and I do not want to renew the contract. I am away from the UK and cannot call the company. I sent e-mail messages to the customer service and they bounced back. I have sent messages to that address in the past. How can I give them notice not to renew the contract?
Thank you.

You need to call EE to give 14 days notice. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
