Ending my contract

My Broadband/Telephone ends this month and I do not want to renew the contract. I am away from the UK and cannot call the company. I sent e-mail messages to the customer service and they bounced back. I have sent messages to that address in the past. How can I give them notice not to renew the contract?

You need to call EE to give 14 days notice. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
