Samsung trade in price offer not applied

I'm trying to upgrade using the samsung trade in offer, however when I get to the checkout, my amount to pay today is still the full £650 despite the offer showing as being applied.

Is that plan listed under "summer sale - save up to £650" section? I can only see the unlimited data £65 plan with no trade in next to it, not in the summer sale section?

Well, it works ok for me. Maybe try a different browser? I assume you selected the trade in offer on the box before the basket?

Hmm, no dice even on another browser. Just shows the same as the image in my first post. I do also have a free upgrade offer, outside of the actual early upgrade time though. I wonder if I can't do the trade in alongside that, and the website just doesn't tell you.

That could be it, maybe it can only apply one offer. Might be worth a call to EE tomorrow and seeing what they can do for you?
