Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Take it with a pinch of salt, they really have no idea,its currently easier to get bog roll in uk then to get ee to honour there pre orders😂

Haha got some yesterday had to fight for it though in farmfoods. Just rang them again and they said there still waiting to receive the stock from samsung and saying they dont want the stock to have traces of the virus.

same problem, wishing I had a way too know when itll be delivered.

Oh are they back blaming the coronavirus again 😂 clearly think customers are idiots 

I was promised full update this morning. I've waited patiently since
Friday. Just received a text saying not yet. I know that EE, dont need to
be clever to know that do I. I find it even more unbelievable that I cannot
even reply to the text.

They would have no s20s at all and only a part comes from china the iPhone comes from there they was out of stock then in now back out it doesn't survive on non live things for more than 10 minutes recommended 24 to 48 hours my partner orders from china that is still coming it's a excuse pull out 1200 pound go Samsung or john Lewis and you will receive lol it's about money country goes in lock down they lose so there grabbing as much as possible I no virgin has stock and sky did all but ee ok !!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

They took everyone's pre orders and didn't order enough it's that simple,Them hoping people would switch to s20 and s20+

Jusft had the following reply from Samsung chat when querying fufillmemt. 

 

"Hey Graeme, thanks for reaching out to us. Demand for the new S20 range has been unprecedented, resulting in the temporary stock shortage. As your phone was ordered through EE, you would need to get in touch with them directly about your delivery. You should receive an email once your phone has been shipped and dispatched. ^SK"

 

Still no further forward with EE and no tracking info today as advised.

@Dean87   Really ? when was the launch day ?   You believe that EE owe you something when Samsung haven’t shipped enough devices?  Samsung are not just supplying EE and demand is higher than the amount supplied to all networks.   A preorder is not a guarantee of receiving the device when you want it and all orders before you have to be completed before you receive yours I’m sure you can understand that.

They’re reporting it’s been unprecedented ordering and yet prior to release I was seeing articles that sales were less than the S10 series last year lol
