Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

It is disappointing to have pre-ordered and not received the device on release day... It has tarnished the excitement of what is hopefully a great device and the communications could definitely have been better from EE...

I was just on EE Live chat. And been told that Samsnung s20 is not even in stock. I asked weather if its the whole of Uk or just my local ee store. He said wait 24 hours orders will be delivered.

Im on a chat with them right now and I'm not getting even close to what you're saying

I just asked the guy who I was on live chat with. That I have not recieved no confirmation email etc nothing. Then he said it will be delivered in 24 hours

The ee website says they're in stock now  but delivery is 31st march......

We pre ordered ours 2 or 3 weeks ago and were told they would be here on the 10th. Still no phones. Apparently we were told the wrong information and the ultra may be a week or 2 late

Dont believe a word said on live chat I have a transcript copy of my conversation clearly promising Friday the 13 and also a email from the same person only monday when I email to double check...They are all liars just telling us what we want to hear

They're now saying to me that if I pop into my ee store and they have the phone I stock I can just pick it up from there. Apparently he's leaving a not on my account and I've also screen shot the entire convert. This whole this is a bloody farce!!!

Just been told on live chat mine will be dispatched today and delivered tomorrow......cant say I belive them
