I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

When you look to preorder Samsung now it’s states 31st March? Before it wasn’t at all.
I was also told I would get mine defiantly today (Friday 13th) but DPD doesn’t show any parcel delivering any time soon.
looks like we all be waiting on 31st. 🤔😐

Corona or not, other people do have their devices, so priorities aren't as they should be..
EE has given decides out on the 10th march, so they must have stock.
I'd nothing moves by the 20th I'm cancelling the phone and the watch...
£79pm for the 128GB +£14pm for the LTE watch.
£95pm x24 £2,280 plus it'll go up, and it's the exynos variant which drains the battery and isn't as fast as the Snapdragon.
Lol why are we waiting?

No its not. I got an email the same day (24th of Feb) with the ee order reference number xko.
They dont even accept letters in the tracking on the dpd app...

My apologies in past I've always used xko to track delivery you are correct it will only take numbers your lucky you got anything on my upgrade ordered 18th feb told you will receive email near to delivery no confirmation nothing think its away of covering them selfs it's not alot to ask for the truth as we will see today if it's on sale that will be final straw I've never been lied to so much good luck to all and sod ee there a joke

Mine still says Awaiting confirmation. I ordered it yesterday and I have not even got an confirmation email from EE

Well it's officially launch day and have I heard anything about my order..... NO! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I'm going in store when it opens and if they have the stock I'll be cancelling my order! I've never experienced such terrible customer service with any company! They actually don't care that were spending so much money for a device that they're not giving us! Not even a single email. Not one!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered in late Feb but didn't pay until 7th March. I was told by EE customer service ifI wanted to cancel the order and have it at the store I'd need to repay the £130 I paid again which I simply cannot do. I was also told I'd recieve my order in 2 to 3 days and do not worry. I was then also told the delivery's for the ultra wasn't until the 24th March 😒😒😒 what service have I even gone with because right now I'm feeling like EE are just throbbing people off 😒😒😒

It seems EE took all these Pre-order and can not deliver on time because they say, the item is not in stock as Samsung didn't give them much stock, I say it is a lie. I checked last night and very, John Lewis and other suppliers who can delivery for today. EE very poor communication and could had text or emailed customer. EE lets customer down and the operators tell lies.
