I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

if that’s the case then surely EE employees need to be told more information or have the same resources to the main EE stocks etc as they told me that is when I will receive the phone.

Just spoke to customer care which contacted device fulfilment team who told me to expect my device on the 31st of March. Escalating now.

It's a waste of time doing the online order route people, just head into the store, the EE woman said since I was promised it 3 days early they should cancel the order immediately freeing up me getting it in shop.

Me too. If I cannot get the phone tomorrow. I will cancel the order. Really disgusting service. Never give me a useful info.

I’ve just almost cancelled and got an Email saying it’s coming tomorrow so I wouldn’t believe what they said after telling me it would most probably be next month 😂

It’s one thing after another, I’ve been told 6 different fobbed off stories. 
i don’t think EE have a clue how to be honest and open towards customers. 
if it’s due to importing because of this “Covid-19” then I will understand and accept. 
however they’re wanting to tell you what you want to hear to please themselves. 
£10 credit will be added to your account after waiting patiently for your device for a month or so, is a rather good acceptable offer 😉 “I bet your well excited to get it, I bet and it’s got a good camera also” hey I
