Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Sorry but the s20 and s20 ultra not out yet and u can track it on ee website plus no update untill the phone hit UK side.

Just had another update from ee saying that your order is on track and its still showing the same thing expected delivery 10th march.

Not one update received for my upgrade.... Other than msg on 20th saying something about tariff changing which I would see on account on my Ee within 2 weeks which I haven't... Tracking  order no still doesn't work either

You don't need to do anything, and you'll see the change to your bill in My EE within 2 weeks of getting your device.

i got a confirmation email, then an email saying your order is on track -and finally and email saying Good News, your order is coming soon!

I contacted EE on Twitter and the guy there, Mickey, confirmed with their stock levels that there is a queue and my place on it means I'll get it 24th-26th March. People ordering today will get it 31st March.

So the date you have on your order page is accurate. If you were in early enough, you'll get it on 10th.

Just spoke to EE and they have said no stock for the Samsung s20 ultra in warehouse so they dont know when our phones be delivered just keep checking email or my orders. 24th onward may be when they get the phones in stock.

Some people will still recieve there pre-orders on the 10th if that's what your order estimated delivery date states. If it says the 24th then that's roughly when you will get it.
