I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

No will get it on 10th because no stock in uk yet not even if u pre order on 13th Feb

Thats what scott at ee ee greenock told me too! (About no one getting it as no stock yet). But i find that completely ridiculous

What the point of pre ordered then as EE cant get the phones to people on time and Samsung are million pounds company so I'm not going blame them.

So my expected delivery is the 24th - 26th yet I got an update from EE yesterday saying ‘Good news, your order is coming soon’ but 3 weeks to me doesn’t seem like soon, so what’s this about? Any ideas?

That want I'm saying 3weeks does not mean soon lol and ee and Samsung have good relationship haha if so people wouldn't have to wait 3weeks

I've just spoken to someone at EE and they confirmed they aren't sure when they are going to receive stock as it's an issue across the board everywhere as there is delays with Samsung manufacturing the phones therefore they cant confirm 10th or 13th at all yet.
He mentioned they should have some form of update from Samsung next week hopefully but seems like Samsung are being slow once again..
