I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@BrendonH  not a lot really but I have paid for an early upgrade. The later you leave it the less you pay so as there is a delay I'd like to think they would credit some of the upfront fee. I doubt it though!

Hi @Jonnymeddes1

Thanks for posting.

Did you place your order in the store?

If so, the store will contact you when your order is ready.

If you ordered online or over the phone, you’ll receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect.

Thanks.

Leanne.

@Leanne_T you aren't actually telling us anything of use though. What everyone actually wants to know is when new stock is arriving, right now, that is anytime between now and never!
