Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I ordered my S20 Ultra in store on the 28th of Feb and ive phoned several times and been told they have no idea when they are getting them. Surely they must have some indication as I was meant to get this on the 14th.

I was supposed to get mine on the 13th, they said on the 12th when I spoke to them because I had hear nothing that it will definitely be the 13th "ee don't disappoint" well it hit about 6 on the 13 heard nothing so I phoned them they said they are out of stock will be about 2 weeks. The website showed the 31st however that has now been removed. They should have known on the 12th that myborder wouldn't have been coming. They shouldn't make promises they can't keep I had to make sure someone was in and for it not to come is a joke. They should have said on the 12th. I even have the chan transcript as proof that they said the 13th on the 12th. Fed up of people wasting my time.

 

Hopefully we will get it soon.

I'm in the same situation. Im getting it delivered to the store and apart from me contacting them directly I've had no communication. Its a joke. If it's going to be late then just let us know, even roughly when the device is turning up. I've not had any help at all.

Hello, hope everyone is doing good today, headed into my local EE store to see if they had stock of the ultras, they didn't, the guy said they were expecting a delivery of them today so hopefully the online warehouse will be getting them soon too.

Good news for some. I rang my store earlier. I was told non were due in and they didnt know when.

Just come off EE chat. ordered my S20 ultra on 20th Feb and shows delivery date no 26th March. Response from EE below:

 

Chris, the delivery has been postponed to the 26th of march, but as we are expecting a lot soon, we will try and ship it out to you asap.

I can see there is a delay in the order, please accept my sincere apology for the same. The device is out of stock so that's the reason for delay. However, we are receiving the consignment from the manufacturer, as soon as we received the consignment from the manufacture then we will straight away pass it to the delivery partner.

You will also receive the confirmation text 24 hours prior to the delivery.

 

I'm guessing that's an automated response lol! oh and I get £10 credit off my next bill for the inconvenience. Think its time to pop into the store for a word!
