I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Was a lie still no update to when i should receive my s20 ultra pre-order 😐
I was told that i would definitely get the ultra today Monday 16th and that was a lie and waste of my time on call to EE and told this by 2 EE advisers on Friday 13th and they also stated they did have stock issues Thursday 12th but they got stock arrive on the 13th and it was first come first serve in the pre-order line and that they where on the 29th Feb pre-orders and that mine would be possibly arrive Sat 14th but if not definitely 16th and arranged to call me back on the 17th to confirm i am in receipt of my order.
All i want to know is they are pulling this information from somewhere to even state this on the call because if not why waste mine and their time in arranging a callback for nothing???

I preordered the big boy 512gb model, and can't see me getting it this month! Still not compromising on the spec tho I'd rather wait.

I actually did see a YouTuber think it was mkbhd? get a review sample that was 256gb but it was never an option to order, might have been for a different market.. Asia or something? But certainly wasn't an option over here.

Hi,
I ordered the Ultra 512gb on Feb 28th. I was told the delivery would be March 13th. EE are out of stock of both models, but Samsung UK have stock of the 128gb model with next day delivery. The 512gb model still shows as being out of stock. I've read that more stock should arrive around about the seems of this month. Disappointing, but what can we do?

You wont be paying for your new price for your upgrade yet,that will only kick in when you get your phone...

Same issue, I pre-ordered on the 20th of February and was promised delivery in my local shop on the 13th of March. When I saw that the site had a new date (24th of March), I went to the shop to get more information. They hadn't heard anything and still expected delivery on the announced date.
On the 13th of March, no phone, no release date available. I can see that the cost of the plans offered with the S20 Ultra have increased by £5 to £10 (I was told when doing the pre-order that they had been reduced, so is this a move back?).
I don't really mind the waiting, also it's extremely annoying when not having a date, but I would be really much upset if because of that I can't get the Galaxy Buds+ offered by Samsung.
