Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Are you kidding ? You’ve just swapped it out and you’ll get it tomorrow ? What theeeeeeee actual 😂😂😂😂 still waiting on a pre order from 11th March. Can you @ Me if it actually arrives tomorrow ?

I've just got off phone to them and asked when I'd get my Grey s20 ultra I ordered on 8th March. They said its

at the warehouse waiting to be picked then she told me they'd run out of stock. They don't have a clue

At teatime today I was told the 512's would be at least 2 weeks and that was them being optimistic. The operator said he wanted to order the device himself but it was pointless due to there being no stock.

@Doodle-s i had my preorder for the 512 from the 6th and heard nothing for ages i was calling every other day to hear different information! it was pissing me off so much cause no one has their facts straight, i mean that is so weird because on the email she gave me with my new order it has written the delivery due date as 31/3/2020 (going to try copy n paste) so not sure why yours will take 2 weeks unless it is the grey she specifically said to me the stock levels are different to online orders

Don't worry guys i will keep everyone updated and i swear if it doesn't come tomorrow i will be seriously mad! she said i should get a email from ee or something from dpd by 11/12 pm tomorrow so if i dont heard by then ill be on here complaining tomorrow haha!

@sima yeah I got a invoice like that too, turned out to be a lie. Hope yours doesn't I'm just going to wait for my original preorder now. If that doesn't come I'll probably go for the one plus 8pro when it launches in two weeks if any are available. Pretty much done with Samsung and EE at this point. And I know it's hard with the virus but if anyone can think back to last year the S10+ launch was the same.

Everything I've ever ordered from EE has been a ball ache, I only stay with them because I get a discount through work!

 

At least this time we are not being shouted down by EE fanboys, eager to add to their 20k+ posts with the mindset that it's somehow the customers fault for expecting either their orders fulfilling or some sort of communication from EE.

@Doodle-s Ohlord please don't tell me this! what did they say when you told them that the order didn't come when they said it would?

 

also i checked ee website the 128 black has gone from 14 days to dispatch in 1 day so i'm hopeful it will come tomorrow or wednesday or im cancelling everything and getting an iphone again or using another server

@sima  the manager I spoke with was disgusted that they sold me a product that was never going to be available, he started the complaint against the first operator. he canceled the order and gave me my money back and credit. can't fault this bloke but the first fella obviously just wanted to get a sale at my expense.

 

hopefully, they have had a delivery now and you will get yours tomorrow. I canceled mine mostly on principle, I'd never have gone for the 128 with a two-week wait I only went for it as it was promised the next day.
