I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Doodle-s Wow that is shocking but i won't lie some people are just out there to lie and make their sales look good, i worked in retail before they wanna have high numbers to look good anyways oh i see thats why you preordered it, well i asked about 5 times before going through the order whether she could do it if not then i was sticking to the 512gb she gave me her email so if it doesnt appear tomorrow i will be putting a very heavy worded compaint in, honestly i cant believe how rubbish their customer service is

1 day delivery on the website now for the black 128 ultra ? I literally hate EE and their **bleep** communications

Absolute joke man rang them the other day and since I ordered in store apparently it's different systems so they can't see my pre order and now I have to wait until stores open which could be mid may and they can't do anything else and I pre ordered on 13th Feb

Forgot to say filled out the buds form on the Samsung member's app and got order validated email within minutes

You can get it transferred to a home delivery by calling the upgrade service on 150.
I di it for a 512gb ordered in shop, you don't get much more information or tracking apart for an email to confirm your first pre-order (for the galaxy buds redeem later) but at least there's a chance the stocks will arrive before the end of the confinement.
