I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Each time a notification comes up of something on here, I'm hoping DPD have woken up again! There are at least 3 of us waiting for news tonight.

I have a delivery date on the DPD App for Monday would you know if it’s possible to get that upgraded to weekend delivery as dpd have got the phone from EE. I’m only in a rush as sold my iPhone as I preordered this end of Feb.

You might be able to, you might have to pay. In the dpd app, click delivery options then click change then see what it says.
Might not work but that's how I changed my delivery time. It didn't charge me but Indian's change the day.

I’ve gone on the app and it’s not showing any weekends on there I’ll try giving them a call Tommorow to see if it’s possible. Tbh I’m just glad I’ve Atleast got a date finally.

In that case they might generally not have any more available slots over this weekend. Yeah no harm in calling them I guess

Still no communication and no disruption to DPD services in my area. I'm so hoping the lad I spoke to earlier didn't lie to me 😏

Well I’ve had a text from EE saying Monday but I’ve not received any time slot from dpd other then on the tracker it shows they have the parcel from EE
