Mike197928

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Staffie85 can you guarantee delivery

What happens if you run out of stock, do I pay for my goods then it turns out you cannot say when they'll be in stock.

However, as a valued survivor I'm ok with waiting untill infinity for my order to arrive?

Wouldn't it be worth you guys wanting the Galaxy buds+ to try your luck at getting the buds now using your email order confirmation from EE?

Myself, Bradders and 77cats didn't have to provide an IMEI number, just the screenshot of the EE order. The 3 of us had to send an picture of a note saying we have had to swap to the 128gb model due to stock issues at EE but without the IMEI I don't see how Samsung would know which device you're sending the claim from?

If you try this make sure you do a scroll capture of the email so it shows all the details including date of order, device ordered etc.

Worth a try but I wonder about one thing. We didn't provide any imei number but couldn't the application used (Samsung members) just went and read it on its own?

@77cats you're right mate, the claim has to be done via the Samsung Members app which has the ability to read IMEIs.

Suppose that makes sense otherwise you could just fabricate emails from service providers and claim as many buds as you like.

My bad folks.

Bear in mind https://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2020/04/users-claim-the-exynos-version-of-the-galaxy-s20-ultra-is-sufferin...

This could be the reason why s20 ultra is still not coming here

I got the s20 ultra 128gb grey brilliant phone downgraded from the 528gb grey as never will receive it but nice old Samsung still sent me my galaxy buds as I ordered the 528gb before the closing date I suggest if you are waiting on the 528gb then its gonna be a long wait so stop complaining and downgrade to the 128gb you won't regret it
