I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I recieved my phone today. Get on the phone to EE customer service. I phoned them yesterday and they said it was a open order due to the phone going out of stock, and that the retail team can't access and alter the order the same way customer services can. My order was put through again yesterday and guaranteed me that id get the phone within 48 hrs. Worth a try

@Bradley1873 was that for the 512GB Ultra or 128GB version?
Because they do keep getting stock of the 128GB version but nobody has any idea when there going to be getting stock for the 512GB.

@Staffie85 As I ordered mine online, I have an order number that was sent in an email 54 days ago lol Do you not even have a confirmation email or order number?

I literally had nothing, other then the text with the link to sign the contract... Up untill a few weeks ago, because it was like trying to get blood out of the proverbial stone... But after a lot of chasing and pestering, they eventually gave me one the other week.
It doesn't work on the site or anything tho, so it's pretty much useless... but they have confirmed it's my order number.

I want to know how to cancel my pre-ordered s20 ultra 512.
Because on EE 150 , they told me you can cancel it when is ready to be send to you 🤣🤪🤣. But how we all see it's not going to be soon , even maybe never 🤣.
So my question is how to cancel it and take my upfront money back, as soon as possible.

@denYo if there saying you can't cancel it till it's ready to be sent you that lies.
So if they won't cancel it for you, say you want to change it to a different model that's in stock...
They will do that and in the process, have to cancel the original preorder...
Then just simply say you have changed your mind and don't want either, once they have cancelled the original order 😜🥴🤣

I spoke with 150 just to get some information about my order, and when I asked about cancelling this was the answer.
