Exactly. And it's not even the not anticipating demand, it's just the total lack of communication and interest from EE

i have just emailed quite a lengthy email to the Ceo of Samsung requesting information regarding the device’s availability and due date i find it odd that they are shipping the 128gb but not the 512gb i have also asked for those who have waited an extremely long time if we’ll be getting any sort of compensation or good will from samsung furthermore EE haven’t got out of this one easy either and have since taken my complaint to the ombudsman i will provide an update once i receive a reply to either email’s i have sent im determined to get the information i need to get some sort of closure/reassurance

Well I give up of waiting, I saw that 512gb may have issue, that's why they stop it from Samsung, probably until get rid of the problems or maybe stop it at all. By the way Huawei p40 pro seems to be a better phone, especially when it comes to that camera , the main reason for me to take s20 ultra, since I have Oppo Reno 5G with 10x optical zoom.

So the choice is yours. I'm happy that happen and I'm able to correct my mistake 😁. No unneeded and over rated s20 ultra.

Have a good day guys.

indeed i will i think we can all agree what a shambles this has all been and it’s time for answers

Well, I have just received a "Final Reminder" to return my old phone (Galaxy S10+ 512 on annual upgrade) otherwise I will be charged £450.  What a joke, I haven't even received the return envelope yet which they said they were posting ten days ago, let alone my new phone (S20 Ultra 512).  EE really are taking the biscuit now - they couldn't have worse customer services if they tried.

Hi @Bassett

To support our customers during this difficult time, we're extending the returns period for trade-in devices from 14 days to 42 days.

You may still receive communications quoting the normal 14 day policy, but we're working on updating this as soon as possible.
