I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

My Bluetooth is like not that brilliant unless the watch and with the phone as well cos if I leave my phone in living room and 6/7 metres and go into kitchen then watch and phone get disconnected. Am loving it 😍

I'd get in the phone again and pester them until you get confirmation it's going to happen, just ask for a supervisor 👍🏾

Great to hear majority of guys have received their phones albeit the 128gb instead of the 512..The delay was ridiculous but the phone is impressive and I'm very pleased in what can do in the week I've had it..enjoy guys!!😉😁

@5hIfTy just have used your advice mate, I'm impressed I've turned 3 of the animations settings to 0.5... and page refresh is instantaneous. And whats the strain with this on battery life? Much difference?
As for Bluetooth... distance is spot on also as have galaxy watch and switch usually between 4g and Bluetooth. Was connecting with Bluetooth in the back garden.
Don't really think I could be anymore impressed to be honest. You can see why this phone is the new flagship.... all the stress off the past 6 weeks has disappeared in a day. Haha

As I said before, farming out customer services to a forum isn't really acceptable, nor is the "stop bothering us, you'll get it when you get it" attitude. EE have not come out of this well. Yes, it's a phone and with everything going on in the world at the moment, hardly the most important thing, but it is a product and a service we are paying a premium for, and I certainly dont feel like a valued customer at the moment

@RE4PER thanks for the info on the Bluetooth mate, I think I was just assuming there was an issue as my A90 allowed me a little more distance on my Galaxy watch before dropping the connection.
I've been led to believe that reducing animations technically reduces power consumption as the processor doesn't have to work as hard to load the screen.
I didn't reduce animations for this reason, I just like the snappier transitions on the screen.
Got to say the phone overall is brilliant, well worth the wait. I had the S10+ before the A90 and that was a great phone but the S20 is in another league! Everything that was great about the S10 but smoother, quicker and more polished in every way.
It's pricey at £80 per month (Smart Plan Unlimited Data) but for something you'll use and enjoy day out it's great value for the money! The new buds are brilliant also, awesome freebie from Samsung.

I pre ordered the S20 512GB on the 28th February.
I know we are in uncertain times, but I just cannot understand why Samsung have not anticipated the demand. My EE order tracker has not updated since April 3rd.
I appreciate a lot are in the same situation, but I like others would like to receive what I ordered along with the minute one pack and the ear buds.
I am officially out of contract, cannot switch to Sim only as it is a minimum of 6 months and it would mean cancelling my pre order.
I am prepared to wait till the middle of May, which shall mean a downgrade and forfeiting any special offers.
How long is a reasonable person expected to wait? Especially when the 512GB is still available to order online?
