Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Just got my email and my dpd delivery slot.

 

My device will be delivered tomorrow morning.

 

If you go to main site... black s20 ultra 128gb and grey 128gb have appeared in stock and they have recieved them today Since my phone call. Just went on chat and all those that have downgraded shall get there deliveries tomorrow or Friday. The new stock levels are supporting this so expect them soon.

🤨 Is it just me or does everyone else get no feedback questionnaire, when they have a useless customer service representative or rude one?

🤔 Anybody would think they have a button they can press, so you magically only get one when they actually do there job 😅

This is what is so annoying, nobody will commit. I was told on the phone last week that they were coming in but they didn't know when, now you've been told they aren't coming in at all, the EE shop says order now and we will deliver when stock comes from Samsung. I know these are unusual times but I can't believe that they can't do better than this, just an update would do, they've had our money for long enough

My order supposed to come today BUT not come yet and its 7pm got no tracking number or nothing don't know what is happening with ee ?????

they told me if I switch to the 128gb I will go to the back of the queue so I might as well wait. Basically they are clueless. Absolute shambles

Not one of them can give one straight answe . Every person you speak to will give a different response

Funny how they don't have enough staff to deal with the phone calls but the billing department seems to have no problems
